Carlisle Richardson is a former Ambassador of St. Kitts and Nevis to the United Nations, and a former Sustainable Development Officer of the United Nations. He was part of the United Nations team that formulated the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and organised the Third International Conference on Small Island Developing States (SIDS).
