Michel Frojmovic has practiced in Canada, the Caribbean and overseas since 1993 in the fields of urban planning, community resilience and project management. His Caribbean experience includes the design of national and local strategies and plans, institutional strengthening and capacity building strategies, environmental & social safeguards, and monitoring & reporting systems across 12 CARICOM member states. Michel holds a Master of Urban Planning (1993) from McGill University, Canada and is a full member of the Canadian Institute of Planners, Ontario Professional Planners Institute and the Project Management Institute.
