Paulina Padilla Ugarte is a Senior Communications Officer in our Poverty, Economics and Sustainability cluster. She manages the cluster’s strategic convening and external engagements.

Prior to joining ODI, Paulina worked on gender and employment at the World Economic Forum. She has a BA in Politics and International Studies from the University of Warwick and an MSc in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
