In the context of efforts to enhance the quality of RB-COSOPs and to review IFAD partnerships at corporate and country level, the proposed desk review is part of current stocktaking of relevant IFAD experiences. The desk review will focus on national climate change adaptation plans, wider national country strategies, and the COSOP process, assessing the extent to which the three sets of policies are integrated in their formulation. Mitigation will also be considered, to a lesser extent. This thematic review will contribute to improving on the 2006 guidelines for RB-COSOP formulation and implementation.
