ACCC is a new China-UK-Swiss collaboration project, bringing together the Chinese National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), The UK Department for International Development (DFID) and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) in a 3-year project aimed at a better understanding of how climate change will impact upon China, and how China can better plan to adapt to its effects.
