At ODI we recognise the importance of our staff members and the value they bring to our work. Some of the benefits we offer include:

Leave

25 days annual leave per annum, plus statutory bank holidays and three days' paid leave for the office closure during the Christmas and New Year period.

Maternity, paternity, shared parental, adoption and parental leave (enhanced pay for eligible employees after a qualifying period).

Full-pay sick leave after a qualifying period.

Pension

Pension scheme offered by Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS) or Superannuation Arrangements of the University of London (SAUL).

Union membership

ODI recognises UNITE and all staff have the right to become members.

We offer an interest-free season ticket loan on completion of probationary period.

We offer flexible working options to support staff in maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Cycling

The tax-free Cycle to Work Scheme allows eligible staff to save up to 42% on the value of a bike and accessories for commuting. Our office has secure cycle storage and shower facilities, and occasional cycle safety training and bike maintenance is available to staff free of charge.

Relocation

Assistance is available for employees who have been recruited from outside the UK.

Regular staff social events

Social events and groups include the ODI softball and other sports teams, the choir, book club, film club, 'grub club' and yoga group.
