Andrew most recently served at the US International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) as a Project Finance Specialist for the Office of Energy and the Office of Infrastructure. His role at DFC was embedded within DFC's business development team, which operates in lockstep with seasoned credit underwriters to source and develop new debt and political risk insurance transactions in the developing world.

His primary sector focuses were Energy, Information and Communications Technologies, and Water Infrastructure in a global context. Earlier in his career, he served as a Development Specialist in the Office of the Chief Development Officer, focusing on DFC’s development strategy.  

Andrew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Affairs from the University of Virginia, where he spent four years as a member of the American Football team.
