Cat leads the Project Management function across ODI, contributing to the strategic direction of ODI’s programmes. Cat previously worked as the Senior Programme Manager for ODI’s Humanitarian Policy Group, where she led the operational and partnership management of HPG’s portfolio, including the Integrated Programme. Before joining ODI, Cat worked as a Project Manager and Policy Advisor for on Development Initiatives Global Humanitarian Assistance Programme. Cat holds a MSc in Development and Security for the University of Bristol, and a BSocSc in Social Anthropology from the University of Manchester.
