Hailing from the island of Pohnpei, Federated States of Micronesia (FSM), Joshua is a young professional focused on enhancing access to bilateral and multilateral climate finance for Small Island Developing States (SIDS) and developing countries to support country-driven climate action in line with Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) under the Paris Agreement.
In alignment with Article 2.1(c) and Article 13, his work scope aims to promote and strengthen climate finance transparency through tracking methodologies and taxonomies to help accelerate the transition to a low-carbon economy.
