Leen is a Research Officer in the Humanitarian Policy Group with experience in conflict analysis and journalism. Leen has previously held analyst positions with COAR Global and Mercy Corps where she focused primarily on the Syrian conflict, with research experience in a range of topics, including political economy, post-conflict rehabilitation, and operational humanitarian access. Leen holds a Master’s degree in Violence, Conflict and Development from SOAS, University of London and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the American University of Beirut.
