Rachel is Strategy Advisor for the ODI Global Advisory, the organisation’s newly established consulting arm. ODI Global Advisory provides convening, advisory, policy and research products and services to clients interested in tackling the world’s most pressing challenges.

Rachel has over eight years of project management and consulting experience for start ups and development organizations in Canada, East Africa, the Western Balkans and the Caribbean. Her work has ranged from consulting on the 2021-2025 Strategic Plan for the UN FAO’s Uganda Office, to designing leadership development programs for over 1000 youth in Kosovo.

Prior to joining ODI, Rachel managed an entrepreneurship accelerator based at Dalhousie University, for Canadian researchers commercialising tech-based products and services. She holds a Masters of Science in Global Health from McMaster University, and a combined honours degree in Political Science and International Development Studies from Dalhousie University.
