This paper outlines how Aid for Trade can support developing countries to maximise the inclusive growth and poverty reduction impacts of trade. It is part of a programme of work titled ‘Aid for Trade: Promoting Inclusive Growth and Poverty Reduction’ funded by the UK Department for International Development (DFID) and the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs and commissioned on behalf of European Union (EU) Member States to strengthen the poverty focus of the roll out of the EU Aid for Trade Strategy.
