Description
Worldwide, a record 68.5 million people have been forced to flee their homes: a result of humanitarian crises fuelled by conflict, persecution and climate change. In such fragile settings, people need more
than just emergency relief: they need sustained, inclusive access to education, livelihoods and prospects for a better future that traditional humanitarian funding is ill-equipped to provide.
This breakfast roundtable explores how impact bonds and other blended finance instruments can help bridge the long-term funding gap and generate sustained change for people living in fragile settings.
