Nathalie is the Programme Officer for the Green Growth team of the Overseas Development Institute’s Climate and Environment Programme. She has five years of experience in Project/Programme Management and Stakeholder Engagement, working across numerous sectors in diverse, international environments. She has a particular interest in helping to shape global agendas and international processes, such as the G20, COP and the implementation of INDCs and SDGs, as well as national green growth strategies. Nathalie holds a MSc in Strategic Planning, Leadership and Sustainability and a BSc in Geography from University College London (UCL).

In her current role Nathalie operationally manages the Green Growth team's portfolio of projects throughout their life cycle, supporting their development and maintenance from idea stage to project closure.  She helps coordinate the delivery of research and comms outputs, manages contractual agreements, and monitors expenditure against budget. Prior to this, Nathalie helped plan, prioritise and implement the outreach and engagement activities of the Global Commission on the Economy and Climate for the New Climate Economy (NCE), and supported the in-country implementation of NCE’s recommendations. She managed key private and public sector relationships, such as the OECD and McKinsey, and coordinated the Commission and NCE’s participation at major global events such as the Annual World Economic Forum, the World Bank Spring Meetings, the Financing for Development Conference, Climate Week/UNGA and COP21.

Before working at NCE Nathalie worked at the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) where she managed three projects in the Green Growth Knowledge Management Division: 1. the Green Growth Knowledge Platform, co-founded with UNEP, OECD and the World Bank; 2. Green Growth Best Practice, co-founded with ECF and CDKN; and 3. the New Industrial Revolution Research Programme, jointly undertaken with the London School of Economics' Grantham Research Institute on Climate Change and the Environment. Previous to this, Nathalie worked across a number of projects and partnerships with private and public sector organisations such as Unilever, Barclays and City Councils.
