Explainer

When planning your communications MEL, it is important to look across the three dimensions: reach; quality and usefulness; and uptake and use. The first three sections of this chapter, provide example questions and indicators for each dimension.

In practice, you will often need to search for indicators by channel. The table below organises the example indicators to measure reach, quality and usefulness, and uptake and use of your communications by channel.
