​The 3ie policy influence monitoring project aims to explore the factors and variables that inform how and when impact evaluations influence policy.  The work includes routine monitoring of the policy engagement activities of 3ie-funded impact evaluation teams, and more detailed case studies of selected impact evaluations. The project is being implemented by a consortium of organisations with expertise in the assessment of policy impact, and on-the-ground knowledge in different regions of the world. RAPID is coordinating, and covering South East Asia; CommsConsult is covering Africa; the Centre for Poverty Anaysis (CEPA) is covering South Asia; and the Centro de Implementación de Políticas Públicas para la Equidad y el Crecimiento (CIPPEC) is covering Latin America.
