With discussions on Economic Partnership Agreements (EPAs) between the EU and the South African Development Community (SADC) already well advanced, there is an urgent need for a better understanding of the negotiations and their implications for countries belonging to SADC. This project sought to inform EPA negotiations between Europe and the Kingdom of Swaziland. Focusing on Swaziland's export of services, it identified those negotiating strategies and positions most conducive to the continuing growth and development of the country's service sector. It did so by analysing the potential for, and constraints to, services exports within the context of the agreement being put forward.
