Evaluability assessments tell you if, or how best, an intervention can be evaluated. Writing a good assessment report is important, to make sure that findings and recommendations are used. This tool provides two example outlines for evaluability reports, for assessments being done at different stages in a programme’s life. These report templates were developed by Anne Buffardi and Bronwen McDonald for use in The Methods Lab projects and accompanies The Methods Lab publication ‘Evaluability assessment for impact evaluation: guidance, checklists and decision support’.
