​Often development programmes commission an impact evaluation towards the end of a project, only to find that the monitoring system doesn’t have adequate or appropriate data. This tool provides a template for writing a report on how to integrate impact into an existing monitoring and evaluation system, as the project moves into a new phase. This template was developed by Anne Buffardi and Tiina Pasanen for use in The Methods Lab projects.
