​The 2015 CAPE Conference presented a multitude of perspectives on how governments can avoid the mistakes of the past and effectively deliver greater investment in infrastructure. This note sets out 10 key lessons that government officials (particularly in finance and planning ministries) and international actors looking to strengthen investment in infrastructure in developing countries can draw from the conference.
