This ‘how to guide’ was specifically developed by the RAPID programme at the Overseas Development Institute (ODI) for use by the staff in World Vision’s National Offices and complements the training workshops delivered by the RAPID programme for staff from the Zambia and Uganda World Vision offices during 2010. It is intended as a reference guide for those who want to develop an advocacy plan,  We are publishing it now in the hope that other organisations might also find it useful for their context.
