This report examines how disasters, environment and climate change adaptation and mitigation was considered in: the Community-Based Climate Change Action programme; the Cao Lanh Bridge project; and Australia Awards Scholarships. Findings consider the appropriateness of the timing and resources needed to take integration forward.
